Dear Fellow Members,

I was wondering besides the usual real estate websites like Domain, Realestate, etc and speaking to local agents of the area you are targeting...are there any other way to source or faster source more properties to consider so that investment cycles can start earlier as this stage is often critcal and very time consuming and sometimes waitinig for the right/most suitable investment could end up killing the whole point as too much time cost is incurred.

Many thanks....
The property is not under a mortgage and the vendor holds the title. My conveyancer has stated that we should consider getting Title Insurance.
Is it worth it and how much would it cost? Purchase price is $550k.
I bought a off the plan townhouse in November 2015- The stamp duty had to be paid by the end of 15months and I was under the impression that it would be time of settlement. the property is still going though its final touches and will not be ready to settle for another 2 months. If I was to pay the stamp duty 3 weeks before the settlement what kind of interest do I need to pay for the unpaid stamped of $19,562.60.
Does anyone on here have a property in Tasmania that is currently being managed by an agent (other than Rock Property Group)?
Reason I ask is I currently have a property in Glenorchy being managed by Rock Property. They have been excellent the last couple of years but their rate % is too high. They charge 9.5% plus GST so 10.45%.
I asked them if they can reduce this, and they said best they can do is 0.25% discount. Most other Tassie agents charge the same % anyway.
