    Hi All.

    I am wanting to move some super money into a fund that holds Sydney/Melb CBD Commercial Offices. I want a fund that has tenancy at 98-100% and has on average leases running for at least 7 years. I am investing for income. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate some thoughts in this area. If no one can help me, maybe some ideas about where to find information about this sector. Thanks all.

    off the top of my head , have you looked at CLW ( a fairly new offering )

    i don't remember the actual figures i was looking at this as a substitute for interest-bearing securities , in this low interest-rate ( higher-risk ) scenario

    i do not hold CLW as it has not ( yet ) dipped to my price target .

    i resisted your specific target area because i am trying ( carefully ) trying to force growth in the short/mid term ( under 5 years ) and targeted other REITs niches

    i am covering your preferred niche via ETFs and LICs ( the logic is the pro-investors would understand this area well )

    there is plenty of movement in this space , mergers , acquisitions and change of controls , take care some are using higher rates of leverage to grow their portfolio
