    Hi everyone,

With regards to BlackRock IVV ETF:

    (1) When is it becoming domiciled in Australia and not cross-listed anymore?

    (2) Can people in countries other than Australia buy IVV or only in Australia?

    (3) If the answer to (2) is yes, why are they making it domiciled in Australia?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jay

Re (1), I believe there is a vote by unit holders scheduled for 22 June. Assuming that goes through (and I can't see a reason why it would not) then iShares will probably release a schedule of the delisting dates after that.
Re (2), IVV is listed on the ASX, and foreign investors can buy through the ASX. Having the fund redomiciled in Australia is undeniably preferable for Australian resident investors, but I suspect also that there are reasons why it might be preferable to be a foreign investor in an Australian-domiciled ETF, rather than a foreign investor in a US-domiciled ETF.

    Thanks @JoelVermeer for your answers.

In hindsight, I should have reworded my question (2) to Is IVV listed on the ASX ONLY? But from what you said, that appears to be the case.
