    Bunnings Hardware had a store in Gladstone Rd in Dandenong, Victoria. It was an ideal location, surrounded by houses. They demolished this store and opened one in a former Masters store in an industrial area where 70% of adjoining premises were factories.


    The land in Gladstone Rd is vacant, and not owned by Bunnings.


    Starting a large hardware store on this site is a massive opportunity.
