    That's nuts. Obviously it was overpriced to begin with.

    Maybe so- each to their own.
    However, it is interesting to note that of the other mansions in this street all fetched over $2mil. Different selling agents as well. My conclusions are that this particular vendor was definitely motivated to sell :D
