    Hi everyone,

    Wondering if anyone has been to the Sydney seminars and what they think of this new all in one product. Seems cheap to me at less than 8% prepaid.
    Whats the catch?, beside the risk factor. :confused: Are there other costs I have missed?

    And, once I lock in to this for say, a year, and pick a handful of bluechip stocks, I just sit on it for a year, then get out with the massive profits, or is that too short a timeframe?

    Just wondering what people typically do with these things - I am a first timer although fairly experienced share investor.

    What would you include if you were getting into this, in terms of picking stocks. What is it, btw, with you guys and navra??
