In search of an income fund I have been made aware of this fund through a friend.

Macquarie Incentives Funds - Macquarie Bank Limited

    From what I understand ...

    1. No performance fee unless fund beats index
    2. Qtrly dividend payments

We rely heavily on Navra to fund some of the shortfall in IP/ lifestyle $$$'s. To date we have had a good run but something inside of me tells me we should diversify into at least one other fund that can provide regular income like Navra.

Would be interested in others opinions here as I may have overlooked something.

As per my comments in other threads, my experience with 2 other Mac funds has not left me overly impressed. The one fund which is an income fund looks likely to only return 10% at best this year (plus the income is only paid annually). NI should outperform it by 7+% :)

gazza, just finished up reading other thread. Thanks for sharing your experience and results. Sounds like you had a rough ride there but no doubt learnt from it ( yes I realise there are less painful ways to learn ... )

Net, net ...seems like Navra is still the champion in the income fund game.
