    Hmmm... Noel really didn't say much in this interview that is new or of major interest. Suffice to say, like the rest of us, he doesn't have a crystal ball, and can't accurately forecast the impact of international events and economies on our marketplace.

    The anecdote from the interviewer, however, about Tewantin listings going down some 95% over the course of a year was quite amazing. So much for all the seachangers pushing prices up!! :eek:
