Went to the Property Show today and heard Jillian McGrath speak (of McGrath agency fame but no relation!). An interesting story of hers was a recent Northern Beaches property which was quite unique in it's position and had some 44 contracts issued prior to it's (very successful) auction. Amazing! Didn't think I'd hear of that many in this current apparent flat Sydney market. Has anyone else heard of more contracts than this ever being issued? Got to feel sorry for the poor photocopying lad/lass at the RE office
