90% LVR with no LMI?

    Hi

    Does anyone know if there is a lender offering such a product? It is for a PPOR that we will want to move out of sometime down the track and convert into a rental property. The higher the LVR the better for tax purposes at that point.

    WBC go to 85%. Might be worth comparing their rates while you're at it.

    I heard a rumor that RAMS do a 90% LVR is this true? does anyone know a lender that will do 106% lend against a freehold with business attached with proven income returns.
