    Hi all,

I'm currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning (plus RG146) via Kaplan.

Does anyone know what I would need to do after this to work in NZ as an accredited FP?

    Cheers

    Hi Samaka,

Your not doing a Diploma in Financial Planning with Kaplan aka DFP.
You are doing a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) with Kaplan aka DFS.

The DFP was an eight module course, the DFS is the first four subjects in the DFP, Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning) is today's equivalent of DFP.

    Getting back to the question:

New Securities Law - Securities Commission New Zealand

    Cheers,

    Dan

PS This is general information, don't rely on it for anything.
