Adv Dip Skills assessment - Managing Premium Client Relationships

    G'day all,

    Just wondering if anyone has completed this final part of the advanced diploma ??

    I have had a co-worker sign off the "role play" assessment and have also completed the "personal development plan", but this last assessment "managing premium clients" is killing me, not sure what Kaplan are after :confused: ??

    So close to finishing Adv Dip now, just want it done.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Omg! I was just reading through the instructions and I am totally confused!!! I was so happy when I knew this was the final part of the adv dip and I started reading and u would rather complete another subject! This is ridiculous! I don't understand the whole objectives table in the swot section and don't even get me started on the client database section!
    I'm over it.

    Passed and finished, now onto my CFP, cant wait :eek:

    Moose - congrats on passing!
    How did you go about that final "Managing Premium Client' part???
    I am completely confused by what they expect.. how much detail, layout, length etc.
    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
