    Hi,

I am about to start planning investment in rental unit in
preferably large strata complex in Sydney (if possible, somewhere on North Shores).

One of the questions I cannot answer yet is:

What is supposed to be an average yearly fee
for managing agents of large strata complexes in Sydney?

By large, I am talking about buildings with more than 200
    units and/or townhouses?

I found figures from small strata complexes in Sydney
(number of units from seven to around 30), and
they go from about 2,000 to 3,200 dollars per year.

So, what would be the "magic" figure to use for
decent fees that managing agents charge in large
    strata complexes?

For example, if a complex has 240 units on North Shores
in Sydney, is it OK for the managing agent to charge
around 45,000 dollars per per, or is it too much, or too little?

    Thanks,
    Jake
