    I have emailed Vanguard Client Services who know nothing more than what has been released to the media. However they have added my name to their list and promised to advise me of further updates. I will post here as soon as I have more information. Of course you can add your name also by going to the following link. Maybe the more names the better as it might hurry things up. Although from what I gather it is the legal and regulatory approvals they are waiting on now.
