Hi All, I did! I learned, earned and returned (like the rhyme?) One of the most important achievements for me was the simple act of completing a development project, the first one of this kind. During the process, I learned so much about so much, including costs, builders, subbies and strategies. My bucket of knowledge is a lot fuller now as a result, and I can now move to the next step, which is to learn some more and do more. I reassess all along the way, change my strategies and tweak the process if necessary. My sense of achievement is HUGE on this and I would encourage everyone to step on and over that line of comfort to continue learning and striving for those goals. It's a wonderfully exciting and empowering exercise. I'd be keen to hear how others faired in the "learning stakes" over the last year. On that note, all look forward to an exciting and adventurous world in 2007! Cheers Jane
