Regarding the latest share offer by AMP, I'm tempted by the fact that I still think AMP is fundamentally strong and at $5.30 with no brokerage seems good value. And I'm heartened by the strong institutional interest that it attracted. The downside I'm feel kind of burnt by this share, bought in at $16.70 and $17.80 after the initial demutualisation.
So my question is buy another parcel (I was thinking $2000) or invest into my managed fund which I just started. Thoughts?

if you feel this company has a good long term view, then buy it, your going to dollar cost average your price down which is good.

$2000 isn't exactly a large sum of money, so give it a go!
