    I have read Michael's book and have added to my investment collection. It re-inforced to me some basic property principles.

    His latest offering seems interesting and I was curious if anyone had purchased it.

    It's an interesting read; but I'd flick through it at the Bookstore first to see if its for you; they're appealing to a different market to his first book
