Anyone used a 'cashbond'?

    I enquired about a cashbond purely to increase my income not too long ago but the company I spoke with called it an 'annuity' and didn't understand the reason I wanted to use it for.

    I've pretty well hit the service-ability brick wall and am looking at other safe ways of investing so I reach my goal faster. I don't see the point in wasted time. I shudder to think about paying more for the time essentially. I want to be on the receiving end of that time, and I want to be financially free asap. Not in 10 years.

    So, has anyone used, or is using a chasbond to purchase an income to in-turn buy more property?
