    I may be able to help you with with this if you are still looking for a solution. I use an Excel spreadsheet to apportion interest on an interest only loan with offset account. It will also work if the loan does not have an offset account. It requires you to apportion each transaction to each investor and automatically calculates the interest. You would need to know the interest rates applicable to the account over the entire period of transactions.
