Asset Loan against Farm

    Does anybody know which Financial institutions will do an `asset loan' against a farm?

    The property is too large to class as a `typical' residential property. There is no current mortgage on the property . We are only looking for a 30-40% loan (depending on valuation of course).

    There are couple of specialised lenders but it wont be that cheap.

    It will depend on the location and size of the property.

    Is the security in Qld ?
