Hi, As a agent, what actions could i pursue if the agency markets, advertise and scheduled a date for the acuction? 1) The bank approach a real estate agency and they advise that they will exercise a sale on a property and will be conducting a mortgagee sale on a property and want to do it by auction in 45 days time. 2) 2 weeks prior to the auction, the bank advise the agency that they are not going ahead as the customer has brought payments up to date. what actions can i pursue????
