we are kiwi investers with properties in qld our suncorp bank have increased their exchange rate buffer to 20% which means our previous approved preapproval is cancelled so we cannot obtain a loan from this bank.so my question is does anyone no of a lender who uses a smaller buffer than 20%in their exchange rate calculations? thanks in advance patch .
