Bartercard?

    Interested to hear from anyone who trades using Bartercard or who's had experience as a member- good, bad or ugly.

    Well...I've had a couple of clients who have used it, and in their circumstances it did not work for them. The reason for this is basically that they needed cash to trade and this did not provide it.

    I'm actually attempting to explosre the idea a bit more on behalf of another client.

    I have experience with Bartercard.

    I think it is best used as a marketing tool, not as a replacement for cash.

    You can't pay wages, super or tax with Bartercard 'dollars' - and considering cash flow is the most important thing that drives any small business.... well you get the idea ;)

    Personally I wouldn't touch it.
