    One for you brokers....
    How difficult is Bridging Finance nowadays to organise, as a short term solution between property settlements?
    Also, are you able to just pay off the interest components if just changing over PPOR's?

    It certainly is not as popular as it was a few years ago. Bridging finance can be arranged but I usually prefer to see people avoid it if they can.

    Depending on the LVR the interest may be capitalised during the bridging period if required.

    I am sure IO can be an option if required.

    So what are the standard fees Simon for this type of loan?
    Also, are the interest rates any higher than the standard variable?

    I will have to find out mate - bridging finance is not something I see much of. It really is unusual today.
