Buying a PPOR first or a IP?

    Firstly sorry for all thr threads :D

    Can i ask what are the differences in getting a IP first or having a PPOR first?

    If you buy a IP then a PPOR can you still get FHOG and stamp duty exemptions?

    Yes you can get FHOG ($7000) but not the stamp duty exemptions.
