    Hi
    I am planning to buy property in Minto (2566) , NSW. I am just wondering if someone can advise me on the suburb profile .

    Is the area safe to live ?
    why is the property so cheap as compared to other suburb located at the same distance from Sydney CBD ?
    would there be any Appreciation of property in future ?

    It would be great help if someone can help me as I am confused and I am firsthome buyer.
