Can capital losses (eg. realised capital losses from selling out of shares at a loss) be carried forward from year to year to offset against future capital gains? (eg. may have no relised capital gains this year but may have realised capital gains a couple of years down the track. Note: no trusts involved just simple investment under own name. MJK
