    Hey.

I've been looking at mortgages and came across the cashflow mortgage. Is anyone using one?
I'm not sure if it's to good to be true. Would you pay more in the long run. Surely banks can't be that friendly.

    Cheers Nige.

Apart from capitalising your interest there seems to be little information given.

I have had a look at Perpetual Funding Group Home Page for setting up a new share fund from the house equety. Simpler low/no doc and investing the loan amount in income assets to pay the loan and margin the rest into growth assets.
