Managed Funds CBAs DSR Calculations

    With a substantial property portfolio behind me (2.2m 50%LVR) I've recently put a fair amount into NAVRA, BBI, ZFX etc with high returns.

    CBAs wealth program have recently assigned me a new personal banker and when I asked the percentage of share/MF returns they count for DSR/LSR calculations he said 20%.

    I was shocked given I was doing this for serviceability reasons in the first place.

    Does anyone know if he was wrong?
