CFS comments on LPT

    In the recent update by CFS on their Property Securities funds (which invest primarily in listed property trusts) - they made the following comments about the changing market for LPTs.

    Does this mean it is good for LPTs in terms of having continued investment coming into the market and the scarcity of available properties, or is it bad in terms of increasing underlying risk in LPTs?

    Bit of both I'd say. More upside at the cost of more risk.
