    Hi all,

Let's just say, out of the two, I can only choose one fund/sector....which one do you think is the better option...considering long-term so well over 5 years.

....The Global Resources Fund has produced strong returns each year more than 2x that of the Property Securities...

    Any suggestions.

give us a crystal ball and we will give you a answer!

Global resources would be considered alot high risk and volatility.. so if your confortable what that, then consider it.. otherwise property should be more stable and consistant..

Short term resources are booming, property has just so many good locations.

Long term more and more people will be digging up resources while good locations will remain relativly unchanged. Just when the resources boom turns into a glut is unknown. Three years worth of boom will set me up nicely though.

As crc mentioned, property is generally seen as much more conservative than resources ... so it depends on how much risk you want to take on.
