    Hi,

I am in the process of listing several QLD property with an agent for sale - does anyone know if during the listing period I can change the list price up (obviously I can drop the price but I assume I can also increase the price).

THis has nothing to do with being unsure of the sale price, I need to know this for negotiation purposes on several properties I am looking at selling but I really need to sell one quickly then I can up the price on others and hold out for a better price.

    Any comments appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi Tim

I don't know the legal side of things in QLD but
why don't you list 1 at a low price and the others considerably higher?

That way buyers will see several properties of similar value
at different prices and will quickly buy the cheaper 1.

If you wanted to confuse buyers you could even list your properties with different agents.
