    Hello everyone.
Please take a minute to read this and lend some advice. I didn't know where this might belong, so keeping it general.

I've been out of work for some time, travelling and being lazy etc...
Anyway, I'll be starting a new job next week and back receiving an income :)

So I want to start making some donations, but not sure where my money is most needed and best utilised.

Here is a list of charities I would like to support. Trying to cover a few causes I feel strongly about.

    Environment/Wildlife =
    RAINFOREST RESCUE
Protecting and restoring rainforests in Australia and internationally
Rainforest Rescue - Protecting Rainforests Forever

    WWF
    Environmental and Wildlife conservation
wwf - Australia: global environmental conservation organisation

    Medical Aid =
MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES (doctors without borders)
Providing vital medical humanitarian aid for people caught in crisis.
Médecins Sans Frontières Australia - International Medical Humanitarian Aid

    Childrens Aid =
    UNICEF
One of the largest development agencies dedicated to working exclusively for children.
Charity donations and gifts for world's children's charity - donate to UNICEF Australia | UNICEF Australia

    WORLD VISION
Arguably not the best way to donate, but it would be nice to have a relatively direct impact.
World Vision Australia - Official site for child sponsorship and donations

    TRIGROUP aka Invisible Children
To end the use of child soldiers in Joseph Konys rebel war

    Humanitarian Aid =
    OXFAM
Working for a future free from poverty
    Oxfam Australia

    REDCROSS
Relief in times of crisis, care when it's needed most and commitment when others turn away
Australian Red Cross | Australian Red Cross - The Power Of Humanity

    AMNESTY
We campaign on a wide range of issues to protect and defend human rights
    Amnesty International Australia

    Please Help!
My income is nothing special, but I will give what I can. If anyone has any input on these charities or could perhaps recommend more effective ways/charities to contribute I would be grateful.

    Thankyou one and all.
