company info from ASIC

    Is it possible for me to find out from ASIC who obtained (purchased) information about my business from ASIC?
    I noticed that people can purchase extra information about a company, which is not shown in their search results when searching ASIC's register online.

    I don't think you can. This information is usually provided by third parties who have access to ASIC records.

    I search companies regularly on ASIC for my position as a conveyancer and I can confirm that the Directors of those companies do not get notified. This information is public record.
