Company set up costs to be reduced

    According to the weekend papers ASIC's $800 filing fee for setting up a new company will be halved.

    While cost is relevant in your structuring decisions, saving $400 isn't much in the long term scheme. But hey, every little bit helps! :D

    A fee reduced by ASIC? Wow :eek:
    Geez, before you know it OSR and ATO will follow suit.....
    Then again, maybe not ;)
