Margin Loans Comsec raised rates 50 pts

    In case you didn't notice, comsec raised its rates straight after the RBA announcement 25 points, and now has raised rates again another 25 points.

    10.35% is the rate..

    is margin lending worth it now?

    Geeze. Glad I don't have any mortgages or leases.

    I would be VERY surprised if the RBA raise them again any time soon.

    it doesn't seem to matter, banks are raising them regardless..

    by the way, its for the margin lending rates, not mortgages.

    LOL, I thought it was for variable loans across the board. That's not so bad then.

    Not really, and considering the risk of shares losing value I would have to be mad to get a margin loan right now...:eek:
