Confused on TPD

    Q super have been paying a salary since I was injured a year ago, I have been to two doctor for Q Super and both say I am unfit for work and will never be capable of returning to work. Will they pay the TPD due to their doctor's statements or do I have to apply for the TPD.

    I have tried many times to ask Q Super and they have not returned my emails. I did break my back over 10 years ago and I have been disable since then but still worked full time, however a year ago I re-hurt the back which left me in a wheelchair. I also received a brain injury at work 1 year ago and it is due to the brain injury that I can not work. So can the Super fund not pay due to it being a prior injury. Thankyou for any input.
