I would like to know what are the average cost per square meter for an 3 bed brick. Standard finish ? What does this included eg light fittings, floor coverings, mail box etc ? I am also from the 'old school' 1 square = ? square meters ? Thanks...Love this site !!!!
It varies between $1000 and $1500 Could be more depending on the builder. New Display Homes From Sydney's Best Builders :: HomeWorld Display Village Take a look at the Homeworld website, then choose a builder and they'll have pictures, plans and prices, you then add $40-50K for driveway, landscaping, flooring, blinds etc
Hi there Welcome to InvestEd 1 square is = approx 9.3sq metres so a unit dwelling of 60sqm would be equivalent to approx 6.4squares (60/9.3) Most home builders talk in squares in Australia nowadays so just remember that if they do, to convert back to sq metres you need to multiply by 9.3. Eg house of 50 squares (which is huge) would be 50 x 9.3 = 465sqm Hope this clears it up for you. To do a very rough calculation I usually multiply/divide by 10 to at least obtain a quick idea.
