Costs for doing strata title on block of flats ???

    Hey all ..

    Can someone please give an indication on what costs are involved in strata title(ing) a block of 8 flats in vic ??

    I guess I'm after .. what is the process, and what is the rough cost of each step.

    Hi Tom

    How long is a piece of string? It really depends on the age of the building, as this can affect issues such as fire safety regulations, safety doors, entrances and exits etc. Best to ring the council that the property is in and ask them for some idea. Good luck with your purchase!
