There are 5 of us and would like to buy a land that already has D A and C C approval for 5 townhouses. All of us are 1st time home buyer. What are our options in regards to buying that land? The property agent advised us about deed of partition as they do not want to split the land. I'm not sure about the term and don't know whether we all have to apply for bank loan individually or combined with the deed of partition !!! I'd highly appreciate if some one can give me some ideas regarding this matter.
