Hello everyone, This is my first post here. I am a dentist and looking to invest in a new practice. Is there anybody here experienced in setting up a business/tax structure for my situation. I have read about trusts and companies, but all the reading has confused me further. I am sure someone here would be willing to help me here. Thank you in advance. Regards.
Speak to an accountant about the tax aspects, but you will need a lawyer for the majority of it. Many lawyers can also advice on tax.
Dear Dr Sharma I am a tax planning/business structuring specialist and have owned and operated a shelf company business establishing SMSF's, Trusts and Companies since 1978. We had about 140 regular Accountant clients and some law firms but changed direction in 2001 and wound back the shelf company work to concentrate solely on tax planning/business structuring consulting. We are currently engaged by a business to advise on a $400k investment into a property development. The brief is to reduce the clients Income Tax and CGT by $250K over a 13 month period. Our hourly fees are variable at $250 to $500 + Gst.depending on work undertaken and we can offer many testimonials from our past and current Accounting clients. You will have to approach the owners of this site regarding any referal contact as soliciting is not permitted here. AnthonyK
