Hiya, I'm in the middle of a multi-unit dwelling in Brisbane, and wondering if anyone out there has had an acoustics report carried out and, if so, what the implications were for you in your case. I'd also be interested to hear thoughts and opinions on builders and costs in Brisbane at the present time as I'm always on the lookout for comparison. Cheers Jane

Hi Craig No, I've already got the DA and I'm just about to start building but we're weeding our way through the DA to double check if the reports been done or not. I'm interested in knowing the implications of a report, ie. double glazed windows, fencing etc. Have you had experience in this sort of thing? Ta. Jane
