    AUI and DUI are stable mates. Main difference is DUI invests Internationally (around 10%) and from memory has much greater exposure to AReits.

    DUI is my latest addition to my portfolio. Bought at a nice discount....however I think it usually trades at a discount so I'm probably not that clever. Very thinly traded only 10ish trades a day has a reasonable market cap as well. Great addition to my LIC stable, it will never be my largest holding

    Yes there was a few good opportunities last week. Use the poor liquidity to your advantage. Perhaps put in a cheeky resting order. Sometimes in poorly liquid stocks you can get a nice surprise occasionally.

    Funds are managed for a very low MER of 0.13%

    Yes there is only the board, no investing committee / staff. But huge experience in these directors and probably also guided by external broker research.
