    Hmm... seems very much like an idea espoused by Michael E Edelson when he wrote the book VALUE AVERAGING - The Safe Easy Strategy for Higher Returns ..

    Very similar indeed ...

    Matrung,

    Others say it's very similar to Robert Lichello's "AIM". I haven't looked into either...

    It's a pretty decent little read ... it's also a good refresher on some basic maths like IRR and such ...

    The arguement for VALUE AVERAGING is also pretty compelling

    It's not important which variation of DCT is in use, but the way it is implemented and executed....:p

    Hey I agree ... I was just pointing out that DCT seemed to bear a striking resemblance to VALUE AVERAGING developed in 1993.

    Either way it's all good:D
