Does anyone know how to find out about foreclosures here in Qld or Australia? Is there a list to access somewhere or someone to contact?
Try National Mortgagee and Deceased Estate Properties - NMD Data for MIP and deceased estates sales. Bank foreclosures aren't advertised in Oz as they are in the US (Have you been reading American investment books lately?)- and even if they were, it doesn't necessarily mean you're getting a "bargain". In fact, sometimes they can have the opposite effect and drive up interest so much you end up buying at a fair or above market price.
