HCAP extended until June 2010

    For those of you who aren't aware and are in the market for a new dwelling as an investment property this year, the NSW Housing Construction Acceleration Plan (HCAP) has been extended until the end of June 2010. This plan basically allows you a 50% discount on stamp duty payable, up to a maxium purchase price of $600K.
