Is there a way to hedge against currency fluctuations when buying into (and holding onto) the American fund?

(I split this into its own thread)

The fund has no hedging - apparently after much debate within the company, they decided that hedging was not worth the effort.

I'm sure you could arrange some hedging yourself - but I'm not sure of the logistics involved and how practicable this is for an individual investor.

Has anyone got experience with doing this?

Maybe its a good idea to have it un-hedged as far as currency goes in case the aussie market drops.
