Hi New member trying to navigate SMSF

    Hi There,

    I want to set up a SMSF but while discussing today with a planner was told it would be a $10,000 exercise. This is contrary to what I have read online. Does anyone have real experience setting up SMSF and can advise costs? I plan to buy a farm and rent it back.
