Was wondering if anyone here has a holiday home that they are in a position to enjoy yet, without having the hassle of semi-permanent tenants to partially fund the mortgage payments?

Just spent a few days down at a friends absolutely gorgeous NSW south coast property and would love to do the same one day for our family. The plan is to convert one of our coastal properties into a permanent holiday pad, when the rent no longer becomes necessary :D We are aways off yet.... but it doesn't hurt to have goals like this to aspire too. Not all property has to be an unemotional decision, after all!!

Check out this place for a rural paradise from which to escape the rat-race. *sigh*

You would think a house for 1.2 million would at least have better lighting in the kitchen!
