    We're in the Melbourne property market at the moment.
    I would say that prices have cooled.
    But that's purely opinion, no hard facts to back it up.
    Maybe it's just wishful thinking I my behalf that we can get something more affordable.

    I too think Melbourne has cooled just in the past month. Despite the published high clearance rates, I'm seeing more good houses not selling at auction.
